We got to taste a variety of delicious Belgian beers—each with its own flavor and story—and then rolled up our sleeves to make our own waffles from scratch. Mixing the batter ourselves made it feel extra hands-on, and the final result was absolutely delicious (crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside!). They even gave us the recipe at the end so we can try to recreate the magic at home.
