I think on a ride like this, they should provide water holders on the bike, I had to keep my water bottle with the guide and therefore could not take a drink anytime I wanted. Also, When I could not keep up, it was the other guests who helped me out and I eneded up crashing into a barrier and injuring my finger that is still healing after 4 months. If you don't regularly ride bikes, I would not recommend this. it is a 10 mile tour up and…”
